    Our client was looking to cut administrative costs involved in an entirely paper-based customer service system to distribute updated MSDSs to its customers.

    Redshift reviewed the current business process, and determined that a replication of the existing process in a streamlined electronic form would best accomplish the client's goals. We advised on improving the process, interviewed users, implemented training, and designed a front-end that maximized user acceptance by ensuring the screen flow matched their paper forms.

    Because of our DDS base tool, we were able to provide a custom solution in a very short time. We used our client's existing infrastructure to eliminate additional equipment costs.

    Our consultation enabled our client to negotiate with their internal IT department so that the EH&S group knew exactly what to demand.

    Customer service agents now spend 75% less time per request for updated MSDSs, allowing them to concentrate on serving priority customer requests.
